A hibásnak vált alkatrész garanciális ügyintézéséhez szükséges a vásárlást igazoló bizonylat (számla, nyugta). A hibás terméket eredeti vagy azzal egyenértékű csomagolásban, hiánytalan tartozékokkal együtt kell visszaküldeni.
3. A garancia nem vonatkozik az alábbi esetekre:
Beépítés közben vagy szakszerűtlen beszerelés következtében fellépő sérülések:
- kijelző törése, repedése, pixelhiba beszerelés után,
- szalagkábel elszakadása, csatlakozó letörése,
- karcolások, mechanikai sérülések,
- túlmelegedés vagy sérülés forrasztáskor.
- Helytelen használat, szakszerűtlen kezelés, nedvesség, folyadék vagy idegen anyag okozta károsodás.
- Nem rendeltetésszerű körülmények között végzett teszt vagy beépítés.
Az alkatrészek szakszerű beszerelése érdekében javasoljuk, hogy a javítást hivatalos vagy megfelelő szakértelemmel rendelkező szerviz végezze. Amennyiben igazolható, hogy a hiba szakszerűtlen beépítésből ered, a jótállás/szavatosság nem érvényesíthető.
Amennyiben a beépítést igazoltan szakszerviz végzi, Társaságunk az alap jogszabályi jótálláson felül önöként vállalt kiegészítő garanciát biztosíthat, amelynek feltételeit külön dokumentumban tesszük közzé.
